Just made your tee time with both golf clubs and the anxieties of the day in tow? How does one get to a relaxed swing?  One key is relaxing the grip prior to each shot on the course. This can be practiced on the range and the putting green. Practice relaxing the grip pressure from 75% to 50% and to 25%. Swing or putt holding the club as loosely as possible without actually letting go of the club. A golfer’s awareness of the grip pressure will increase with this practice. Also, the ability to relax the grip prior to a shot and swing relaxed and free on the course will increase.
